Sleepmod is committed to ensuring that all orders are processed and delivered within three working days, exclusive of Sundays and Public Holidays. Upon receipt of your order, we will reach out to you to confirm your shipping address and schedule a delivery time and date that is convenient for you. We will keep you posted of the delivery itinerary via email or phone, and a confirmation message will be sent one day prior to delivery.

Additionally, we implore you to facilitate our delivery personnel’s access to your home to minimize the risk of damage. It should be noted that, except in cases of our negligence, we will not be held liable for any loss or damage that occurs to items that have not been moved to safety where reasonable steps could have been taken to do so. We urge you to ensure that the items you have ordered are suitable for your residence, which includes verifying that the intended areas, location, and dimensions are appropriate.

If, upon delivery, the items do not fit within the confines of your residence, you may still accept delivery or return the items, but any return will be at your expense, as per our Returns Policy.



We accept payments through local & international credit/debits cards such as VISA & Mastercard at To minimise the possibility of unauthorised access, your credit card details will be encrypted.
