Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except in cases where a manufacturing defect is identified and verified. All purchases are considered final.
We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly review all product details, descriptions, dimensions, and specifications prior to making a purchase to ensure the item fully meets their needs and expectations.
Sleepmod Mattresses Trading LLC provides warranty coverage to the original purchaser of its products within the United Arab Emirates. This warranty is subject to the limitations, terms, conditions, and exclusions per each brand.
Neither Sleepmod Mattresses Trading LLC nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, or for any expenses of any kind arising from the use or ownership of the product.

At the time of purchase, please review and confirm all details of your order, including but not limited to item specifications, quantity, size/dimensions, and price.
The delivery date indicated on your order is scheduled based on your availability and our delivery planning. However, the Company reserves the right to modify or reschedule the delivery date due to operational requirements.
Returns or exchanges will only be considered in cases of product defects originating from the supplier and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Management reserves all rights in this regard. We kindly request that you thoroughly inspect your items upon receipt.
